-全体员工人事档案：包括员工登记记录，身份证复印件与员工自手签的劳动合同 (Personal Files of all Employees: including employee register, copy of ID card and signed labor contract)

• 工资工时文件：包括全体员工最近三个月或以上的工资单，考勤记录与工资条样本 (Time records, payrolls and payslips over the last 3 months or more, appraisal records and sample of pay slip)

-工厂实行的工资计算纪录及计算方法各项解释(Record of Wage Calculation and explanations on how wages are calculated)

-车间空气质量监测记录(如使用)(Workshop Air Quality Test Records, if applicable)
